The Mooseland Road fire continues being held and is still estimated at 1,447 hectares. 

Ground crews continue fire suppression efforts and heavy equipment remains onsite. Two Department of Natural Resources helicopters are on site assisting with transportation and aerial surveillance. Fixed-wing aircraft are available but are not anticipated to be needed.

The area of the road closure on Mooseland Road is between the civic addresses 2124 and 2890. Please continue to avoid the area and stay clear of emergency crews.
